A word from Donna West, REP's founder

In early 1987, I became aware of the great need for additional funds in our Redlands Unified School District to continue some desirable programs that were being cut. One program was the "Grants to Teachers" program which had been discontinued as well as our enrichment programs which are always the first to go in tough economic times. Several parents banded together and we were able to establish the Redlands Educational Partnership Foundation and begin funding these programs with the help of community volunteers, business partners, parents and the school district. We continue to support good programs in our schools that enhance the learning of our children and make education a priority in our community.
