REPresenting Our Schools Art Project

Beginning in January of 2001, REP created the first REPresenting Our Schools Art Project which has become an annual event.  Student artists compete for the opportunity to have their art work reproduced into a collection of note cards.  The entries are judged by community artists and art enthusiasts. 

The student artists are recognized at REP Foundation’s Evening of Appreciation celebration each May.  The original art work is premiered alongside the new note card collection.  The original art is framed and displayed at the Redlands Unified School District for two years.  Student art work selected alternates each year between elementary and secondary schools.  (Click here for student entry form)

The note cards are sold throughout the community showcasing the wonderful talent of young artists in our schools which is the goal of the REPresenting Our Schools Art Project.  Note Cards may be purchased at Smith’s Jewelers in Redlands and the Redlands City Clerk’s office.  Orders are also available online (click here to see art work and order form).  The profits from the sale of these cards benefit the Enrichment Plus for the Arts program serving RUSD students.
